Position Overview
This is a role with real ownership. You’ll drive our entire digital presence- social media, campaigns, content strategy, and more. If you love variety and want to make a visible impact on a growing brand, this is it.
Key Responsibilities
– Own and grow our social media channels- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube- from strategy to daily execution
– Plan and run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) that drive student enquiries and brand awareness
– Write compelling copy and develop content calendars that keep our audience engaged and informed
– Monitor analytics and report on what’s working- then double down on it
– Keep the website updated and ensure our online presence is consistently on-brand
– Support events, education fairs, and university partner promotions
– Do light market and competitor research to keep our strategy sharp
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
A certification in Digital Marketing is a plus- but a strong portfolio speaks louder.
Experience Requirements
You might be the right fit if you:
Have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing
Are genuinely curious about content- you think in captions, reels, and campaigns
Know your way around Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and basic analytics tools
Can write confidently in both English and Bangla
Have basic video editing skills and are comfortable using Canva or similar design tools
Are self-driven and comfortable owning a function without needing heavy supervision
Have experience in education, consultancy, or service industries- a bonus, not a must
